Eligibility Requirements

The Dual-Currency Model

Hypecastr operates using two distinct currencies to maintain a clear legal boundary between social gameplay and promotional entries:

PopPoints (PP)

  • → A social currency used exclusively for entertainment and social engagement within the platform.
  • → PopPoints have NO real-world value and cannot be redeemed for any prize or currency.
  • → Used for social features, leaderboards, and entertainment betting.

SweepCash (SC)

  • → A promotional entry currency used to participate in sweepstakes markets.
  • → SweepCash is NEVER sold directly. It is gifted as a bonus with PopPoints purchases or earned through AMOE.
  • → Can be redeemed for prizes subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements.

Methods of Entry

Participants can obtain SweepCash through the following methods:

1. Promotional Bonus

Purchase of PopPoints "Vibe Charge" bundles includes a complimentary bonus of SweepCash. The SweepCash is gifted free with your purchase and is not sold.

2. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Users may earn 1.00 SC per day by participating in the "Watch-to-Earn" program, which involves viewing rewarded advertisements or completing specific platform quests.

Courtroom Dispute Stakes

    Reserved Balance: When you initiate a Courtroom Stake or challenge, the corresponding amount is moved to a reserved_balance. These funds are held in escrow and are not available for withdrawal until the challenge window (24 hours) is finalized.

    Collateral Requirement: Challenging a Resolution requires 100% collateral matching the dispute stake.

    Malicious Disputes: Frivolous or malicious disputes may result in account suspension or ban.

The "Vig Burn" Mechanism

A 2% "Vig Burn" is applied to all trades, permanently removing that amount of SweepCash from the circulating supply. This mechanism maintains ecosystem health and ensures long-term sustainability of the platform.

Forensic Integrity & Audit Trail

Every transaction, win, and stake is recorded in the Migration 0009 Vibe Ledger and mirrored to the R2 Golden Record. This ensures a transparent, tamper-proof audit trail for all promotional activity, providing complete accountability for both users and regulators.
